You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdjili strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.

bdjili will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must keep your registered personal details accurate and up to date. In the event of a change to your name, address, mobile number, or email address, you must update your account profile or notify our support team promptly. Outdated or inaccurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or prevent bdjili from reaching you regarding account security matters.

bdjili supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for BDT transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time subject to the availability of the selected payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
